Manager

All our staff have DBS (CRB) Enhanced Clearance, childcare qualifications, and child protection/safeguarding training, all members of staff have safe food training, four members have paediatric first aid and one has first aid at work.

Responsibility for the day-to-day running of the sessions falls on the Manager, the welfare and education of the children falls on the Manager's Deputy.

The manager regularly assesses staff with 1 to 1's, and mock Ofsted inspections.
Staff regularly assess each other with regular peer observations, this helps our staff to be enthusiatic and the children get the best care and achieve their outcomes.

During sessions, the staff to child ratio is at least
1:8 for the over 3’s and 1:4 for the under 3’s.
